The civics test is written in Swedish, and so is the official study guide, Sverige i fokus. Fokus Medborgare keeps the studying in Swedish, because the exam is, but lets you flip to English, Arabic, Persian, or Somali whenever a sentence needs unpacking.
No account, no email. A short intro asks your language, your name if you feel like sharing it, how much time you can give per day, and whether you'd like a daily reminder — then you're on chapter one.
What's inside ✨
13 topics, one per chapter
The course follows the chapters of Sverige i fokus. Each topic is a short run of lesson cards in plain Swedish, with key terms and a translation toggle when a sentence won't sit still.
Explanations you understand
Swedish, English, Arabic, Persian, and Somali at launch. Arabic and Persian get a proper right-to-left layout — not a mirrored afterthought.
Practice that pays attention
Instant feedback, a short explanation, and a pointer back to the material. Bookmark anything tricky, every wrong answer lands in Review, and smart practice keeps returning to what you keep missing.
A timed mock exam
Fixed question count, a clock, no explanations while it runs. Time out and it submits itself — unanswered counts as wrong. Then: your score, your time, a breakdown per topic.
Progress you can trust
A weekly goal from the pace you picked, readiness per topic, accuracy over time, and your mock exam history. Every number comes from answers you gave.
Offline and quiet about you
The study content works without a connection, your progress stays on the device, and there's no account to create. The name we ask for is only used to say hej.
One caveat, and the app says this too: UHR has not published an official pass mark for the civics test. The pass threshold in the mock exam is ours, set to be a useful target — not an official one.
