These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Telomo app and its features. Telomo is developed by banimo.net. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About Telomo

Telomo is a teleprompter and camera app developed by banimo.net. It shows your script by the camera, scrolls it as you speak, and lets you record, trim, and export video.

Telomo is a recording aid. It is a tool you use to make your own videos; the content you write, record, and publish is yours, and so is the responsibility for it.

2. Your content and your recordings

You decide what to write, what to record, and what to do with it afterwards. You are responsible for the scripts you enter and the videos you capture, including anyone or anything that appears in them.

You confirm that you have the right to record what you record and to use it the way you use it. Recording and filming rules differ by country and by state, and consent is often required before you record other people. Getting that right is up to you.

3. Eligibility

You may use Telomo only if you are able to form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you are using the app on behalf of an employer or a client, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for them.

4. Your content stays yours

Your scripts and videos belong to you. We do not claim ownership of them, and we do not use them to train models.

Content kept only on your device is yours to keep and yours to lose: uninstalling the app, resetting the device, or clearing the app's data removes it, and we cannot restore it for you. Keep your own copies of anything you want to keep.

5. Acceptable use

When using Telomo, you agree not to:

• Record anyone unlawfully or without the consent the law requires.
• Create or share content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Use the app to harass, deceive, or harm other people.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the app or its systems.
• Resell or redistribute the service as your own.

6. Intellectual property

Telomo, including its name, design, features, and original content, is owned by banimo.net and protected by applicable laws. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app. No other rights are granted.

7. Plans and payments

Telomo may offer free and paid features. Any price and billing term is shown in the app before you confirm anything. Payments, renewals, and refunds are handled by the app store you installed from, under that store's terms.

8. Service availability and changes

We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update or pause the app from time to time. We aim to keep it running smoothly but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Some features depend on your device, its camera, its microphone, or your internet connection.

9. Disclaimers

Telomo is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, banimo.net will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of scripts, recordings, or videos, arising from your use of, or inability to use, Telomo.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any, in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Termination

You may stop using Telomo at any time by removing it from your device. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or if it is needed to protect the app or its users.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and may notify you in the app. Continuing to use Telomo after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
