These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pailtime app. Pailtime is developed by banimo.net. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About Pailtime

Pailtime is a self-help tool that helps you limit scrolling and block distracting apps. It is not a medical, mental health, or therapy service, and it is not a substitute for professional advice. If you are struggling, please talk to a qualified professional.

2. Your use of the app

You choose your own limits, which apps to block, and how to use the app. You are responsible for those choices and for anything that happens because an app was blocked or unblocked, including missed messages, calls, or notifications. Please do not block anything you may need in an emergency.

3. How blocking works

Blocking relies on your device's operating system and its screen time features. We cannot guarantee that blocking will always work, cannot be bypassed, or will keep working after system updates. Time tracking and insights are estimates.

4. Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms. You can cancel anytime in your store account settings.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, try to reverse engineer it, interfere with how it works, or use it to break the law.

6. Intellectual property

Pailtime, including its name, design, and content, belongs to banimo.net. You get a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app.

7. Disclaimers

Pailtime is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise any particular result, such as reduced screen time or improved wellbeing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, banimo.net is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, Pailtime.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

9. Changes and termination

We may change, pause, or stop the app or these Terms at any time. When we change the Terms we will update the date above. You can stop using Pailtime at any time by uninstalling it.
