This Privacy Policy explains how Pailtime handles information when you use the app. Pailtime is developed by banimo.net. The short version: we keep as little as we can.

Our approach

Pailtime is built to help you scroll less, not to collect data about you. We do not sell your information, we do not show ads, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

What stays on your device

Your limits, the apps you choose to block, your scrolltime, recharge sessions, streaks, and insights are stored on your device. We do not receive them.

Blocking and screen time features use your phone's built-in screen time tools (such as Apple's Screen Time on iOS). Those tools are run by your device's operating system, and they do not share the list of apps you use, or what you do in them, with us.

What we do collect

We only keep a small amount of general information:

  • Basic account or contact details you choose to give us, for example an email address if you contact us.
  • Subscription status, so the app knows which features you have unlocked.
  • Basic technical information such as app version, device type, and crash reports, to keep the app working.

Subscriptions and payments

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and managed with the help of a third-party subscription service. We never see or store your card details. Those providers handle your payment information under their own privacy policies.

Sharing

We share information only with the services that help us run the app (such as the app stores and the subscription service), or when the law requires it.

Your choices

  • Change or turn off screen time permissions in your device settings at any time.
  • Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account.
  • Uninstall the app to remove everything stored on your device.
  • Ask us to delete any information we hold about you by writing to the address below.

Children

Pailtime is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. We will update the date above when we do. Continuing to use Pailtime after a change means you accept the updated policy.
