These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the httpAgent app. httpAgent is developed by banimo.net. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About httpAgent

httpAgent is a developer tool from banimo.net for capturing, inspecting, and debugging HTTP and HTTPS traffic on your iOS device. It is meant for development, testing, and debugging only. All capture and decryption happen locally on your device. We do not operate any server that receives your traffic, and there is no user account.

2. Who can use it

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live. If you use httpAgent on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms for it.

3. Lawful and authorised use only

You may only capture, inspect, or decrypt traffic from devices, apps, accounts, and networks that you own or have clear permission to test. You are solely responsible for making sure your use complies with all laws that apply to you, including privacy, data protection, interception, computer misuse, and wiretapping laws, as well as the terms of any app or service whose traffic you look at.

Don't use httpAgent to intercept anyone else's communications without their permission, get around security or access controls you are not allowed to bypass, steal credentials or data, cheat, commit fraud, or harm anyone. Don't try to reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the app.

4. On-device VPN, certificates, and device security

To capture traffic, httpAgent sets up an on-device VPN on your iPhone. It runs only on your device and does not route your traffic through our servers. It is not a privacy or anonymity service, and it does not hide your IP address or protect your traffic.

Decrypting HTTPS requires you to install and trust a certificate created by httpAgent on your device. Doing so weakens the security HTTPS normally provides on that device. You choose whether to do this, and you accept the risks that come with it. We recommend using httpAgent only on development or test devices and turning off the VPN and removing the certificate when you are done.

Some apps use certificate pinning or other protections, and their traffic may not be capturable or decryptable. Capturing traffic may also affect network performance or cause some apps or connections to behave differently.

5. Your data

Captured traffic, including any passwords, tokens, or personal data it contains, stays on your device and is your responsibility. You decide what to capture, store, export, or share, and you are responsible for protecting it and handling it lawfully. We cannot access, recover, or delete it for you. 6. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription or purchase. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the App Store under Apple's terms, and managed with RevenueCat, our payment provider. You can cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.

7. Intellectual property

httpAgent, including its name, design, and content, belongs to banimo.net. You get a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app under these Terms and the App Store's standard licence terms.

8. Disclaimers

httpAgent is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the app will capture or decrypt all traffic, that captured data will be complete or accurate, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use it at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, banimo.net is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, or any security incident, arising from your use of, or inability to use, httpAgent, including any use of the on-device VPN or certificate it creates.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to cover banimo.net against any claims, losses, or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that come from your use of httpAgent in breach of these Terms or the law, including capturing or decrypting traffic you were not allowed to.

11. Changes and termination

We may change, pause, or stop the app or these Terms at any time. When we change the Terms we will update the date above. You can stop using httpAgent at any time by uninstalling it.
