These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Burn Trail: Dead Road game and its features. Burn Trail is developed by banimo.net. By downloading, accessing, or playing the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not play.

1. About Burn Trail

Burn Trail: Dead Road is a post-apocalyptic action game developed by banimo.net. You drive, shoot, and survive for as long as you can, and you can post your result to a public leaderboard.

The game is fiction. The vehicles, weapons, and violence in it are part of a made-up world and are not a depiction of, or instruction for, anything in the real one.

2. Free game with ads

Burn Trail is free to play and is paid for by advertising shown in the game. By playing, you accept that ads are part of it.

Ads are served by third-party advertising partners, and we do not control or endorse the products, services, or websites they promote. Anything you do with an advertiser is between you and them.

If the game later offers an optional purchase, such as removing ads or an in-game item, the price and terms will be shown before you confirm anything. Payments, renewals, and refunds are handled by the app store you installed from, under that store's terms.

3. Eligibility

You may play Burn Trail only if you are able to form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you are playing on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for them.

4. No account needed

Burn Trail does not require an account. Your progress and settings are kept on your device, which means they are yours to keep and yours to lose: uninstalling the game, resetting the device, or clearing its data removes them, and we cannot restore them for you.

The name you choose for the leaderboard is not an account either. It is not reserved for you, it is not protected by a password, and someone else may pick the same one.

5. The leaderboard

The leaderboard is public: the name you enter and the result you posted are visible to everyone who plays. To keep it usable, you agree not to:

  • Cheat, use modified clients, or manipulate scores in any way.
  • Use a name that is offensive, hateful, impersonates someone, or contains personal information — yours or anyone else's.
  • Post automated, spam, or nonsense entries.

We may remove, rename, or reset any entry that breaks these rules or looks manipulated, and we may reset the leaderboard entirely — for example when the game is rebalanced. We are not obliged to preserve scores or rankings.

6. Acceptable use

When playing Burn Trail, you also agree not to:

  • Use the game for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms others.
  • Copy, resell, or redistribute the game or its content except as the game allows.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the game or its systems.
  • Interfere with, block, or artificially interact with the ads shown in the game.

7. Intellectual property

Burn Trail: Dead Road, including its name, artwork, design, and original content, is owned by banimo.net and protected by applicable laws. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable right to play the game. No other rights are granted.

8. Service availability and changes

We may add, change, or remove features, rebalance the game, and update or pause it from time to time. We aim to keep it running smoothly but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Some features, including the leaderboard, depend on your internet connection and on services we do not fully control.

9. Disclaimers

Burn Trail is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, banimo.net will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of progress or leaderboard entries, arising from your use of, or inability to use, Burn Trail.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in connection with the game, if any, in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Termination

You may stop playing at any time by removing the game from your device. We may suspend or end access, and remove leaderboard entries, if these Terms are breached or if it is needed to protect the game or its players.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the game evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and may notify you in the game. Continuing to play after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
